Next Spring Sale 2022
One of my mostly asked questions lately on Instagram.... When is the Next Spring sale starting??
The Spring Sale date has confirmed. Make sure you bookmark this post , to remind you to get your baskets ready! Here’s all the information you need…
Next Sale is one of the most anticipated sale for us bargain hunters & shopaholics alike! Every year Next has four big sales events where you can pick up cut price clothing & homeware. Spring, Summer, Autumn & St. Stephen’s Day sale. (Predicted dates below).
Unfortunately, it can be one of the most frustrating online sale in Ireland (I’ll talk more about this below, where I also have some top tips on how to grab a bargain in Next instore sale).
The savings are often 50% off the original price but on some items customers have reported getting as much as 70% off.. It is a real bargain hunters paradise! Also on Next website they have a clearance section, which is a great place to find bargains.
Whether you want to treat yourself to a new outfit or stock up on essentials for the kids’ wardrobes, it’s worth making a note of the Next sales events so that you can get the best prices.
One of my top tips (more tips below) to get the best bargains is to know when the sales are on! Here is all the information you need.
Next Spring Sale Dates:
So here we go… Previous dates
2019: Spring Sale started on 23rd March.
2020: Started on 22nd March & in
2021: The Spring Sale started on 27th March… later than usual!
**So let’s talk about Sale date for 2022?!?
Predicted Next Spring Sale 2022: 2nd April 2022
How do we know this is the starting date? So in the UK, they have VIP Sale (more information below), which starts on Wednesday 30th March until Saturday 2nd April until 2 am. The main sale starts 2nd April online & in stores. @motherofalldeals
Predicted sale Dates:
Next Summer Sale 2022: 9th July 2022 Main Sale online & in-store. (UK VIP starts 5th July)
Next Autumn Sale 2022: 24th September 2022 Main Sale online & in-store. (UK VIP starts 21st September)
Next St. Stephen’s Day Sale 2022: 26th December 2022 MOAD
So the Next Online sale, can be a very frustrating sale. Firstly, Next clear out online baskets just before the sale begins, so it can be difficult to build up your basket to guarantee first dibs. My suggestion around this would be, to note down the code of what you are looking to buy & put it into the search bar on the first day of the sale. This can be very time consuming though.
Also, UK residents have access to VIP sale links, where they have access to the sale days before we do. I spent ages looking into ways on how to get around this in Ireland. The VIP sale is for Credit customers through their website called NextPay ( Click here for more information ). You have to be over 18 & UK resident.
What time do Next sales begin?
The opening of Next stores will vary from store to store, so double check your local opening hours online before going. Click here for store locator
Can I return Next Sale items?
I always ask at the tills when purchasing, what the return policy is in sale. Last year, Next introduced return period of only 7 days on sale items, so best to ask at the tills when buying, encase that policy has changed again (could have changed because of covid reasons).
Returns by Post: Postage must be paid by the sender and won’t be refunded by Next.
MOAD Top Tip - Check out the price tag labels:
You can spot which items might go into the sale days before it is due, by looking at the labels on the clothes.
Staff will mark the labels with a pen close to the barcode. This usually is written as a letter and then a number, for example “F14”. Ignore the letter, but the number normally indicates what the product will be discounted to!!
Avoid big flagship stores:
They are usually the most busy stores and will attract the most crowds & longer waiting times to get in.
For this reason it could be better to go to a smaller store. You may not see quite such a big range of stock but if you’ve planned ahead you could still pick up some great bargains.
Thanks so much for reading.
